A Financial Consultant You Can Trust
Troy Sapp CPA, CFP®
Troy Sapp CPA, CFP® formed Commencement Financial Planning LLC after providing comprehensive wealth management and tax compliance services to affluent multi-generational families at a private firm in the Pacific Northwest utilizing a consultative approach, not one based on sales. While working at that firm, Troy recognized a need in the larger community for similar objective financial advice.
To best serve clients Troy recognizes the client/advisor relationship is unique in that it must involve the client sharing deeply personal information. To earn each client's trust Troy is committed to forming long term relationships by truly understanding his clients, exceeding their expectations whenever possible, and serving as their fiduciary.
Not everyone works well together. Both client and advisor must feel they are compatible in order for the relationship to be successful. Troy strives to have an open and cooperative relationship with each of his clients. Troy is honest, reliable, and friendly. He seeks the same qualities in the clients he serves.
Troy works from a home office in Tacoma. This is a comfortable environment with a very short commute that also keeps overhead and, in turn, fees low. Troy can meet at your home, work, or elsewhere. If you are looking for an advisor with a fancy downtown office, this is probably not your stop.
